Do you service the Surprise, AZ area and if so, can I get a rough estimate for a warranty inspection? I have a 4255 sq. ft., 2 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 gas fireplaces, 2+ car garage & 2 A/C units. Thanks

Thanks for visiting HomeInspectionBlog.com! Yes, we do service the Surprise, AZ area. The fee for a warranty inspection on a 4255 square foot house is $460. If you have a pool or spa that you want inspected, there's an additional fee of $25 for a pool, $15 for a spa, or $35 for both pool & spa. We usually schedule inspections 3-5 days in advance, but we can often accommodate last minute emergencies too! We are open Monday-Friday 8AM-7PM, Saturday & Sunday 9AM-4PM.
