Homewerx, Inc. is a family-owned and operated Arizona Close Corporation located in Mesa, AZ. While we perform inspections all over Arizona, we primarily serve the Phoenix-metro area. We have provided Arizona homebuyers and homeowners with top quality home inspections, 7 days a week since 1999.

In addition to having extensive training and experience, all of our Home Inspectors are ASHI® Members or Candidates. They utilize the latest technologies and receive intense, on-going training to help them stay sharp. They also maintain memberships with various professional organizations to keep up-to-date on current industry issues. A team of office professionals is available to ensure that each transaction is smooth and pleasant. This allows our Inspectors to do what they do best...INSPECT!
Our Insurance…
Just to give you complete peace of mind, we maintain more than adequate coverage of both General Liability and Errors & Omissions Insurance. In fact, we currently maintain several times the new state requirement for E&O Insurance. Also, unlike many one-man operations, our Inspectors are covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance, which helps protect the property owner and others from liability in the unlikely event that an Inspector is injured during the inspection.
