B. 'Scott' Hubbard
Certified Home Inspector and Co-owner 

Born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, Scott Hubbard served honorably in the US military for 10 years before co-founding Homewerx, Inc. in 1999.  He has formal training both as a Home Inspector and a General Contractor, as well as a BS degree in Marketing.  Scott is also a seasoned real estate investor, maintaining an Arizona real estate license since 2001.  As a member of ASHI^®, he practices the highest ethical standards at all times.

Prior to becoming a Home Inspector, Scott spent several years remodeling homes, receiving extensive hands-on experience with all of the major systems and components of a home.  Combining his classroom education with his real life experience, Scott then became a Home Inspector and has since performed thousands of home inspections in Arizona.  Scott has several licenses and industry certifications, including the following:

Greg Reller
Certified Home Inspector

During his 22-years of honorable military service, Greg Reller obtained a wide range of both technical knowledge and customer service skills.  Greg has done everything from working as a Carpenter, to jumping out of perfectly good ariplanes, to teaching at the U.S. Army Engineering School in Ft. Leonardwood, and being involved in the construction of Camp Eagle/Liberty in the Former Yugoslavia.  In short, Greg has many years of experience in all aspects of construction, as well as a distinguished military career.

In addition to a long list of military education and achievements, Greg graduated from Arizona Sun Tech’s home inspection training course.  Greg has all the ingredients of a great home inspector; technical expertise, impeccable customer service skills and the highest ethical standards.  Greg has been performing inspections for Homewerx Home Inspections since September 2005.
